Eagle Regiment Family,
Congrats to all of our Students and Parents for a great job at our first football game!!! We received a great deal of positive feedback from the Administration, Teachers, and Students; many of which are actual Football Players! We conducted Uniform Fittings for all Wind and Percussion Students that are in the Concert and Jazz Bands. If there are any Wind or Percussion members that were absent for the Uniform fitting, please see Mr. "R" ASAP as our Fall Concert is Wednesday, October 16th.
Reminders:
-The 2021 London New Years Day Parade Press Release and Performance is this Monday, September 16th, at 9:00 AM. The Uniform for Students is "Class B Plus." Students are to report in Uniform directly to the Band Room Monday Morning before 7:40 AM.(STUDENTS SHOULD NOT go to their first period class - They need to go directly to the Band Room). Parents are invited to the Event but must be seated in the John Rusnak Auditorium no later than 8:45 AM.
-Parents - There will be a MEPA General Meeting this Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 6:30 PM.
-All Wind Players will need their Flip Folders, Music Lyres, and Stands Music in school with them Friday morning. We will rehearse with them in class, after school, and utilize them for the Game Friday night.
-Please be reminded that students should be picked up 15 minutes after the rehearsal time ends.

5:00 PM - Dinner in Cafeteria
5:30 PM - Change into "Full Uniform"
6:00 PM - Inspection
6:20 PM - March to Stadium
7:00 PM - Game
10:15 PM - (approx) Dismissal
