COMPLETE THE MEMBER REGISTRATION FORM....BECOME A PART OF
THE STONEMAN DOUGLAS WINDS PROGRAM!
Every interested student should complete the MEMBER REGISTRATION FORM below.
STEP 2
Every student MUST complete the HOLD HARMLESS FORM in order to attend after school rehearsals.
