Dear Eagle Regiment Families,
It's time!!! Hope everyone had an amazing summer and is ready to get back to work. Highly encourage everyone to read the member posts of their favorite memories and start getting hyped for Band Camp 2!
I hope everyone has been reviewing over the summer and is coming prepared for camp tomorrow. Please make sure you have all that you need to succeed(refer to the packing list Adam posted), stay hydrated, remember to pack a lunch, and plan to arrive 10 minutes before start time!

ATTENDANCE
Please ensure to follow the attendance policy and email all absence requests to Mr. Napoles and the office managers at attendance@eagleregiment.com.
PAPERWORK 2025-2026
DIGITAL: All digital paperwork is due before April 29, 2025 (Get it in if you haven't already!)
PHYSICAL: ***Students can hand in paperwork to Mr. Napoles, Mr. B, or any volunteer at rehearsal.
We will collect the Member Agreement, Participation Waiver, and Physical Form on actual paper still. Spot Deposit is due by May 15, 2025.
Please remember that all students have to update their Physical Evaluation every school year. New Members should have their Physical Evaluation handed in by the start of Band Camp 1, on June 4, 2025.

We're excited to announce this year's Spirit Week!! (Will take place during Band Camp 3 from July 28- August 1)
Above, we’ve listed the daily themes so everyone can start planning their outfits now and be ready to show off their Regiment spirit during Band Camp 3!
It goes without saying, but please remember to still show up in practice-appropriate clothing, e.g., no flip flops, jeans, Converse, etc. If you're not sure, ask!

ER CAR WASH
Below are the shift times for the car wash on July 19, 2025. Please remember that participation is mandatory, and make sure to bring water, a hat, and sunscreen!
8:30 (set-up)-10:30- percussion and color guard
10:00-12:00- drum majors, clarinets, flutes, mellophones, and saxophones
11:45-1:45 (or until all is cleaned up)- sousaphones, trombone/baritone, trumpets
We will post a list of supplies we need tomorrow evening, as well as a parent sign-up for support.
All funds and/or unsold tickets MUST be returned on Monday, July 14, 2025. Any unaccounted-for tickets will be charged to your Cut Time account. You may bring cash or send Zelle. But PLEASE note what the funds are for (ex: Max C Carwash). Volunteers will be at drop-off on Monday to collect unsold tickets and funds.

**SENIORS**- BANNER PHOTOS

Attention Seniors, Banner Photos will be taken on July 29, 2025, during Band Camp 3.
(If you will not be there, please reach out to Mrs. Campbell at mepapresident@eagleregiment.com, and she will schedule a make-up date.)
Senior Banners are $50 each.
This is paid directly to the photographer, so please include your name and MSD Band or MSD Guard when you send payment.

PARENT VOLUNTEER SIGNUP
Our parent volunteers play a big part in the success of every season and are the reason that our students can do what they do!
If you are willing to donate any of your time for being either at the wellness or at the red gate during practices, please click on the link below to sign up. We will be using this same page all season for all practices/camps, so check back often! Just a reminder, you MUST be level one cleared to volunteer.
In the coming week, the sign-up for parent help at the car wash will also be posted.

2025-26 SEASON SPRING TRAINING AND SUMMER CAMP DATES
All students who plan to be a part of the 2025-2026 Eagle Regiment should plan to be at all spring training and summer band camp rehearsals. Attendance is required by all Band and Guard members.
Summer Band Camp
BAND CAMP 1: June 4, 2025 - June 6, 2025
BAND CAMP 2: July 14, 2025 - July 17, 2025
BAND CAMP 3: July 28, 2025 - Aug 1, 2025
All band camps will be from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM at Stoneman Douglas High School
After-school Rehearsal will begin on August 5th.
Please remember that attendance on all dates listed is MANDATORY for any student interested in being a part of the 2025-2026 Eagle Regiment.
2025/26 SEASON UPDATE
FMBC has released its competition dates, and we have received football game dates as well. Be sure to reprint the newest version of the 2025/26 ER Dates document.
