We hope everyone is enjoying their long weekend, and takes a moment to remember those men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
PAPERWORK 2025-2026
DIGITAL: All digital paperwork is due before April 29, 2025 (Get it in if you haven't already!)
PHYSICAL: ***Students can hand in paperwork to Mr. R, Mr. B, or any volunteer at rehearsal.
We will collect the Member Agreement, Participation Waiver, and Physical Form on actual paper still. Spot Deposit is due by May 15, 2025.
Please remember that all students have to update their Physical Evaluation every school year. New Members should have their Physical Evaluation handed in by the start of Band Camp 1, on June 4, 2025.
Extracurricular Form (Due by April 29, 2025)

ATTENTION INCOMING BAND FRESHMEN
To ensure you're placed in the correct band class, we need to hear you play!
Placement auditions will be held on Tuesday and Thursday during Spring Training hours. Spring Training runs from 4:30–7:00 PM, but auditions will begin as early as 4:00 PM.
When you arrive, go directly to the band office to sign up for your audition. Auditions will take place in the order you sign up, so the earlier you arrive, the earlier you'll play!
What to prepare for your audition:
• As many scales as you are able to play
• Excerpts from the music you performed at your spring concert
There will be a very short sight reading as well.
This short audition helps us place you in the band class that best matches your current skill level.
We can’t wait to hear you play—see you there! Make sure you bring your concert instrument!
PARENT VOLUNTEER SIGNUP
Our parent volunteers play a big part in the success of every season and are the reason that our students can do what they do! If you are willing to donate any of your time for being either wellness or at the red gate during practices, please click on the link below to sign up. We will be using this same page all season for all practices/camps, so check back often! Just a reminder, you MUST be level one cleared to volunteer.

Color Guard Leadership will have a meeting 3:30p on Tuesday to prep for the week. See you then!
SABRE RENTURNS & RENTALS
All sabres need to be returned for inventory this week. When returning you will need to be signed off as returning. Please do so with Mr. B ASAP. For students wishing to rent out sabres you will need to complete a new SABRE RENTAL FORM and pay the rental.

2025-26 SEASON SPRING TRAINING AND SUMMER CAMP DATES
All students who plan to be a part of the 2025-2026 Eagle Regiment should plan to be at all spring training and summer band camp rehearsals. Attendance is required by all Band and Guard members.
Spring Training (APRIL 29, 2025 & MAY 13 - MAY 29, 2025)
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM at Stoneman Douglas High School
Summer Band Camp
BAND CAMP 1: June 4, 2025 - June 6, 2025
BAND CAMP 2: July 14, 2025 - July 18, 2025
BAND CAMP 3: July 28, 2025 - Aug 1, 2025
All band camps will be from 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM at Stoneman Douglas High School
After-school Rehearsal will begin on August 5th.
Please remember that attendance on all dates listed is MANDATORY for any student interested in being a part of the 2025-2026 Eagle Regiment.
2025/26 SEASON UPDATE
FMBC has relesed its competition dates, and we have received football game dates as well. Be sure to reprint the newest version of the 2025/26 ER Dates docutment.

INSTRUMENT RENTALS:
Students using a school-lent instrument, for both marching and/or concert bands, must
