AD INSTRUCTIONS

REQUIREMENT

- Each member must sell: $125 in ads. You can absolutely sell more — and many students do — but $125 is the goal for everyone. After that all proceeds go to your account to help off set cost for the program.

It’s time to talk about one of the most important fundraisers of our season — program ads. Every year, we produce a professional show program for our Winter Guard performance and this year with our show having over 50 Color Guard it will be a great way for advertisers to be visible to the community as well as a nice Memory book.

Here are the instructions on how to sell your ads, fill out the form, and submit everything correctly — step by step.

TYPES OF ADS

Ads can come from two places:

Personal Ads

These are from family, friends, neighbors, or relatives. They usually include good luck messages and pictures.

Business Ads

These come from local businesses — doctors, restaurants, salons, real estate agents, small businesses, etc. There are different sizes and prices, so one person could buy a large ad, or you could combine multiple smaller ones.

SUPPORTING FORMS

First, go to Eagleregiment.com/forms. Navigate to the Ad forms section and download the Ad Sizer Form. This explains the different size ads,cost and has examples of each.

PREPARING AD FILE

This part is VERY important.

The ad must be:

High resolution
300 DPI
Correct size
Submitted as a PDF or JPEG
EXACT size — the ad will NOT be resized

If it's black and white, it must be black ink on a white background. If someone doesn'y know how to design it — that’s okay! There are great resources out there like CANVA and ADOBE EXPRESS that are geared toward helping people create something!
