Dear Eagle Regiment Families,

Thank you to all of our incredible parents, staff, and students who helped make this year’s Winter Contest such a tremendous success.

From the early setup to the final performance, your time, energy, and dedication created an unforgettable experience for every performer and guest who walked through our doors. Events like this don’t happen without a team that truly cares—and this program is stronger because of each of you.

and now we’ve officially entered the final stretch of the season! With WGI World Championships just around the corner, now is the time to give your all. It's the time to dial in your focus, refine every detail, and continue to work hard as we polish our performances for the big stage. Let’s leave it all on the floor this weekend at SFWGA Champs and FFCC Champs!

—This is your final reminder that Dayton Apparel orders are due TONIGHT by midnight. These are the official travel outfits that you will wear as we head to the WGI World Championships on April 8—a long-standing tradition that represents our team, our pride, and our unity as we take the national stage. Each set includes:

Every year, the design is completely custom and kept secret, inspired by this season’s show. You won’t see it until just before we leave… and this years is a showstopper!

No extras will be ordered
If you miss the deadline, you will NOT have apparel for travel

As we prepare for our upcoming trip to the WGI World Championships in Dayton, we are collecting Costco gift cards to help cover last-minute supplies and essentials for the team during our stay.

There is a Costco Wholesale location near Dayton, which makes this an incredibly helpful and convenient resource for us while on the road.

If you are able to donate a Costco gift card in any amount, it would be greatly appreciated and directly support our students throughout the trip.

Join us for a special evening celebrating an incredible season at the Stoneman Douglas Farewell Performance on March 31st at 7:30 PM. The show will feature the Stoneman Douglas World Guard and MSDi in their final local performances of the year. The Eagle Regiment Is Going to Rome!

Now is the time to make appointments to get your passport if you do not already have one. Currently they are quoting new passports taking 8 weeks to arrive. We will need to gather this information from passengers in September so please do not wait until the last minute.

The Eagle Regiment will hold their annual awards banquet on Friday, May 22 at the Heron Bay Marriott. This is open to all 2025/26 members of the Marching Band, Winter Guard, Indoor Percussion as well as students in the band classes, and their parents. Everyone attending will need to purchase a ticket. More information about ticket price and event details to follow.

The Eagle Regiment will hold their annual Senior Dinner on Friday, April 29, 2026. This dinner is just for the seniors of Marching Band, Indoor Percussion, and Winter Guard. They will be accompanied by the band director and guard director. More details including location and time to follow.
