Dear Eagle Regiment Families,
We hope you had an amazing weekend! We would like to congratulate our amazing World Class Winter Guard on their success in Dayton, Ohio! They placed 12th in finals. We are so incredibly proud of their successful season!
We also want to congratulate MSDi on a successful performance at the Stryke Friends and Family Show at Hialeah Gardens this past Saturday!
Next week, we look forward to cheering on our Indoor Percussion as they head to their national championship. It's such an exciting time for our program, and we are grateful for all the work the students and staff have put in. Thank you for the continued support from our amazing families!

The Stoneman Douglas World Guard delivered an unforgettable week at the WGI World Championships earning a 12th place finish in Scholastic World Class Finals, marking the program’s 12th appearance in World Class Finals.
Across three incredible performances, the ensemble stood out for its bold design and immersive storytelling. Their production, WE. BUILT THIS CITY pushed boundaries with a highly dimensional floor and staging that brought the audience to the edge of a New York City skyscraper under construction. From the first step onto the tarp to the final moment, the performers captured the intensity, risk, and ambition of workers building the skyline, creating a visceral, elevated experience that set them apart.
This season adds another powerful chapter to a legacy program built on excellence, innovation, and heart. Be sure to watch the MEDIA section of this webpage as we will add videos and pictures from the World Guards incredible week.
FLOMARCHING
Parents, if you would like to watch the Stoneman Douglas Indoor Percussion perform at Championships, all performances will be streamed live on FloMarching. You can purchase a subscription directly through their website, and a monthly option is available if you only plan to watch during this event. Once subscribed, you’ll be able to watch live performances as well as replays if needed.
We’re excited for you to be able to support the team from home—your encouragement means so much to our performers!
The Eagle Regiment Is Going to Rome!
GET YOUR PASSPORTS
Now is the time to make appointments to get your passport if you do not already have one. Currently they are quoting new passports taking 8 weeks to arrive. We will need to gather this information from passengers in September so please do not wait until the last minute.
SAVE THE DATE
The Eagle Regiment will hold their annual awards banquet on Friday, May 22 at the Heron Bay Marriott. This is open to all 2025/26 members of the Marching Band, Winter Guard, Indoor Percussion as well as students in the band classes, and their parents. Everyone attending will need to purchase a ticket. $50 for Eagle Regiment Student Members and $75 for friends and family members. Ticket sales close 5/10/2026 at 11:50 pm. The Eagle Regiment will hold their annual Senior Dinner on Friday, April 29, 2026. This dinner is just for the seniors of Marching Band, Indoor Percussion, and Winter Guard. They will be accompanied by the band director and guard director. More details including location and time to follow.
