Dear Eagle Regiment Families,
Congratulations on making it through your first week of school!! We're so proud of all of you for showing up to rehearsal during this trying time!! You guys are doing a decent job at pushing through the South Florida heat, trust me I know it's hot but lets aim this week to have way less people sitting out during rehearsal! It is vital for this organization that there be no holes on the field so just keep pushing, don't create one!!. Also this week there happened to be some lacks of hats, we no longer want to hear "oh I forgot it" everybody on the field needs a hat so please bring one to every rehearsal coming forward!! Have an incredible 2nd week of school!! Stay motivated you got this Eagle Regiment!!

REHEARSAL SCHEDULE UPDATE
The rehearsal schedule for the week of Open House has changed significantly, please see the updated schedule below and mark it on your calendars.

DINKLES AND GUARD DANCE SHOES NEED TO BE PURCHASED
All students are required to have the appropriate shoes for Marching Band Season. Band members need BLACK DINKLES, These can be purchased through at All County Music, in Tamarac. Guard members need NUDE JAZZ SHOES. These can be found at Attitude Dancewear in coral springs. (Ask to be fitted for jazz shoes.)
POPS-N-PIES IS COMING SOON
POP'S 'N PIES DONATIONS
Ms. Cusano will be available to collect Pops 'n Pies donations on August 15th and August 29th (deadline). Please refer to the section assignments. Please read the Band App post she made to find links to each of the Amazon Storefronts for your sections basket!!

HAVE A FRIEND CONSIDERING COLOR GUARD?
It’s NOT too late to join the Stoneman Douglas Color Guard for the upcoming season! NOW is the perfect time to give Color Guard a try! We welcome beginners and will teach you everything you need to know. Color Guard is a fun, high-energy activity that combines movement, performance, teamwork, and school spirit.

Must purchase the dress and tux/cumberbun/bow tie through the provided Band Store.

We have put together an Amazon List of necessities and your help would be greatly appreciated. Items will be directly shipped to Mrs. Campbell, if you wish to purchase one of the items but not through Amazon please contact her so she can update the list!
PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
