Dear Eagle Regiment Families!!
We hope you have had an incredible weekend! This week is a very important one for our program as not only will it be our first time presenting our entire show to the public, but it is also 8th Grade Night!! This one night can determine the future of the Eagle Regiment!! Please be nice and respectful towards the incoming rookies. Think about how you were treated on your 8th grade night and apply that to this one. It's a show week!! Let's focus up and make this our best show yet! Have a great week Eagle Regiment!!

We have had a few changes to our Marching Band Calendar. All have been changed on the calendar, but please make note on your own calendar.
POINSETTIA FUNDRAISER
As the holiday season approaches please support the Eagle Regiment with out annual Poinsettia Fundraiser!! Order your lovely 10-12 flower red Poinsettia's for $3o before November 4th! Participation in the fundraiser will not only help us lower marching band dues, but for every Poinsettia you sell you will earn 5 points into your account!! So ask all your friends and family and help support the Eagle Regiment this holiday season!!

FBA MARCHING MPA SCHEDULE

MIDDLE SCHOOL NIGHT
We have 2 exciting event coming up for our middle schoolers.
On October 23rd we will host both CSMS and WMS during the MSD Football game to warm-up with us, and play some pep-tunes.
Additionally, we will be hosting a middle school night on November 10th, from 5-7 PM.
Please look at the graphics for more information!!
INSTRUMENT RENTALS
If you are renting an instrument from school, you must fill out an instrument rental form as well as paying on the online payment linked below! Anyone including percussion who uses a school owned instrument must pay!
ROME REHEARSALS NOTICE
Rehearsals for the Rome band will start back up on October 21st, and will be every Wednesday from (4:00pm-6:00pm). There will NOT be rehearsal on Wednesday, November 11th. From there, there will be rehearsal everyday Monday-Friday (4:00pm-6:00pm).
The schedule for these rehearsals will be:

FLIGHT INFORMATION
Rome Flight information has been posted. Please be sure mark which flight you are scheduled to be on. We will be providing a bus service from MSD to MIA. More details coming soon.
REQUIRED ITEMS
All members are expected to have an Eagle Regiment Beanie for our trip. If you don't own one already please pre-order by November 1, 2026.
REQUIRED PARTICIPANT MEETING
We had to move our Rome Participant Meeting to December 3, 2026 due to the Winter Concert. This meeting will be held in the Media Center at 6pm. All Student participants are required to attend , along with at least 1 parent. All Friends and family traveling with the group should also be in attendance.
ALL STUDENTS MUST JOIN THE BAND APP FOR THEIR CLASS
These band apps will be shared during class this week. Parents are encouraged to join their students class page
CONCERT BAND FAIR SHARE PAST DUE
DUE ON OCTOBER 1st
Concert Band Fairshare for the 2026/27 season is $50 this should be paid directly to MEPA .
This will cover the cost of winter concert band camp plus required Concert MPA registrations.
WINTER CONCERT
We will host our first concert of the year on DECEMBER 1, 2027. Ticket information will be posted closer to the event..
PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We have many ways for parents to get involved this season. We are looking for help during Rehearsals and Camps as well as all football games and local competitions.
AFTERSCHOOL REHEARSALS & CAMPS
We need parents to help with the Red Gate, and Student Wellness each time we have a Rehearsal or Camp.

FOOTBALL GAME PARKING
Football parking is a big fund raiser for our Marching Band. We will need parents to help collect money during the first half of the game. All parking volunteers get entry to the game for free and will be in the stadium to see the half time show.
