Catalina Zambrano is a recent graduate of Florida International University, where she majored in Biomedical Engineering. In 2018, she graduated from Flanagan High School as a saxophone player in the Falcon Sound Marching Band, Wind Orchestra, Flanagan Winds, and Jazz Band. Upon graduating, she joined Stryke Wynds as a performer in their 2019 and 2020 season. Catalina’s teaching experience began after graduating high school when she joined the team of instructors for Flanagan Winds’ 2019 production, “Paralyzed”. Catalina continued at Flanagan for the 2019 marching band season, and later joined Doral Academy Winds as their Music Caption Head in the 2020 Winter season. In 2021, Catalina was invited to join the Stoneman Douglas team for the Stoneman Winds inaugural season. She is very excited to continue her experience in the 2022 marching band season with the Eagle Regiment.
