Dear Eagle Regiment Families,
we hope you had an exciting second week of school! Though we didn't rehearse much, we hope you took initiative and practiced on your own! We have an absolutely action-packed week ahead of us, as we have TWO PERFORMANCES this week! Read the Schedule AND the Itineraries below for more details about said performances and our practices this week. We have the opportunity to make this our best week yet, so let's go for it! See you all at Monday's rehearsal!

** all students who drive must move their car to the front lot
5:15p Inspection
5:30 March to Stadium
6:00p Kick-off
9:30p Approx Dismissal
Dismissal is in the front of the school NOT the student lot

All Spectators will need a ticket to enter the football game, ticket can be purchased here If you are a BCPS Employee you get in free with your work ID.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
MARCHING BAND SHOES
All students are required to have the appropriate shoes for Marching Band Season. Band members need BLACK DINKLES, These can be purchased through at All County Music, in Tamarac. Guard members need NUDE JAZZ SHOES. These can be found at Attitude Dancewear in coral springs. (Ask to be fitted for jazz shoes.)
POPS-N-PIES IS COMING SOON
POP'S 'N PIES TICKETS
Tickets are now on sale for Pops’N Pies. Everyone must purchase a ticket. All students will need a ticket for this event, and all family members will need a ticket.
General Admission Tickets for all friends and family are $15. This ticket includes entrance to see the band perform, and entry into dinner including 2 slices of Pizza, Soda, and Dessert.
Eagle Regiment Student Member Tickets for ONLY for Eagle Regiment members are $10. This ticket includes entry into dinner including 2 slices of Pizza, Soda, and Dessert.

Tickets for the Fundraising Baskets will be sold at the door, cash and card will be accepted.
POP'S 'N PIES DONATIONS
Ms. Cusano will be available to collect Pops 'n Pies donations on August 15th and August 29th (deadline). Please refer to the section assignments. Please read the Band App post she made to find links to each of the Amazon Storefronts for your sections basket!!
We are looking for donations from local companies, and each section is require to create a basket. See section information below. For more Information reaching out to

We have added Rome Rehearsal Dates. We will hold a rehearsal EVERY WEDNESDAY During September.

CONCERT BAND FAIR SHARE COMING SOON
Join us during your child's concert band class to get more information about Concert Band Fairshare for the 2026/27 season. This will cover the cost of winter concert band camp plus required Concert MPA registrations.
PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We have many ways for parents to get involved this season. We are looking for help during Rehearsals and Camps as well as all football games and local competitions.
We need parents to help with the Red Gate, and Student Wellness each time we have a Rehearsal or Camp.

Football parking is a big fund raiser for our Marching Band. We will need parents to help collect money during the first half of the game. All parking volunteers get entry to the game for free and will be in the stadium to see the half time show.
We need parents to help monitor the kids in the stands and during warm ups. These parents will also report early to help with any thing students need as they prepare to get ready for the game.
We need parents to travel to local competitions with us. You will help monitor student wellness, move equipment and be there for anything else the students need. Competition chaperones must ride the bus with the team.
