Eagle Regiment Family,


Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend! Thank you to everyone for your flexibilty during Hurricane Ian. Our Students are adjusting well and we are almost finished with the Show. We are just about a month away from the END OF MARCHING SEASON!!! 🥲


Thank you to all who came out to last night's Football Game! The students had their best football game performance last night!!! Hope to see all of you next Saturday at the John I. Leonard Show! *IMPORTANT - Parents: when we post an "Approximate Dismissal Time," we need you to please check The BAND app beginning one hour before the approx dismissal for an update on the time.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & UPCOMING EVENTS:


CONCERT UNIFORMS HAVE ARRIVED:

TUXEDOS & DRESSES will begin to be distributed on Tuesday to Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Wind Orchestra, Jazz Band, Percussion, and Marching Band members. Please make arrangements to have all alterations done as soon as possible as our Fall Preview Concert is Wed., OCT 26th. All Performers need to have their Tux/Dress for the Oct 19th Concert.


FALL PREVIEW CONCERT IS WED., OCT 26:

This Concert will feature our Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Wind Orchestra, Jazz Band, and our Marching Band. ALL ENSEMBLES WILL HAVE A DRESS REHEARSAL WED., OCT 26, FROM 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. The Concert will be Wednesday evening, Oct 26, at 7:00 PM, in the John Rusnak Performing Arts Center at MSD. Tickets are $10.00 each for spectators and will soon be available online.


2022-23 ALL-COUNTY AUDITION INFORMATION:

Audition Information was posted to all BAND app pages on September 16th. Be on the look out for the 2022-23 All County Auditions BAND app page.


CHEESECAKE FUNDRAISER

Our biggest funraiser of the year has officially begun. If your student did not receive a brochure, please have them go to. the Band office to get one. The Funraiser ends in two weeks.


DUES:

All dues through SEPTEMBER should have been paid. October is due 10/15. Our treasurer, Idith Kokulyansky has been sending monthly charms statements and instructions were posted on the BAND App for accessing Charms. Past due accounts will impact ability to perform at games and competitions. Payments are due the 15th of each month with all dues being paid by October 15th. Please keep in mind we rely on these funds to book our travel plans and pay our staff.

**Failure to communicate directly with our treasurer will impact your students' participation. The treasurer is the only person that manages dues.

The Payment Schedule for the 2022 Season is as follows:

May 24, 2022 $225.00 Spot Deposit

June 15, 2022 $385.00 Payment #1

July 15, 2022 $385.00 Payment #2

August 15, 2022 $385.00 Payment #3

September 15, 2022 $385.00 Payment #4

October 15,2022 $385.00 Payment #5
