Eagle Regiment Family,

Good morning. Please see below for this weeks announcements and schedules:

ANNOUNCEMENTS & UPCOMING EVENTS:

ER & LONDON Wind & Perc MEMBERS:

All Wind & Percussion need to print the NEW songs for the Coral Springs Parade & the London Parade. Begin to Memorize BOTH Songs and BRING A COPIES OF BOTH SONGS TO SCHOOL FOR REHEARSALS. (Parts are avaialble on our Dropbox pinned to the top of The BAND App)

LONDON MANDATORY MEETING:

Pre-Departure London Trip Meeting for All Performers and One Parent/Guardian from each family will be Monday, December 12th, at 6:30 PM. *Performer and One Parent/Guardian MUST ATTEND.

EAGLE REGIMENT MARCHING BAND:

ALL MEMBERS OF THE EAGLE REGIMENT WILL HAVE REHEARSAL ON TUESDAY, DEC 13TH FROM 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM FOR THE CORAL SPRINGS PARADE. (LONDON PERFORMERS WILL PRACTICE TIL 5:45 PM) Students need to download & MEMORIZE the two songs for the Parade - "Dancing Queen" & Sweet Caroline." Both songs have been added to the ER Dropbox. IMPORTANT - Dancing Queen has a New Intro that was written by Mr. R to replace the existing 8 measures of the beginning. When you download Dancing Queen, Make sure to ALSO download and memorize the New Intro.

WINTER CONCERT:

Our Winter Concert featuring all Bands will be Thursday, Dec 15th at 7:00 PM. Tickets are $10 and are now available via our website.

BAKED GOODS FOR WINTER CONCERT:

ALL performers need to bring a Baked Good for our reception after the concert.

-LONDON Parent & Performer MEETING: 6:30 PM

TUESDAY, 12/13:

-ER PRACTICE for ALL for The CORAL SPRINGS PARADE: 3:15 PM – 4:30 PM

-MB PRACTICE for LONDON PERFORMERS: 3:15 PM – 5:45 PM

-"A" GUARD Rehearsal: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

-WORLD GUARD Rehearsal: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

WEDNESDAY, 12/14:

-ER PERFORMANCE for ALL: 5:30 PM - 8:15 PM CORAL SPRINGS PARADE

Schedule:

2:40 PM - Pick Up Uniform in Band Room (Maroons)

5:30 PM - Meet Time at Burger King (In Uniform with Instrument/Equipment), 10494 West Sample Road

8:15 PM - Parents Pick up Students at the end of the Parade (Sample Road & University Drive)

*Students must return Uniforms to school on Thursday morning*

-WINTER CONCERT REHEARSAL & PERFORMANCE for WO, SB, CB, JB, & MB: (Bring Dinner for the break and a Baked Good for the Reception)

3:00 - 5:15 PM - Rehearsal for All Groups

5:20 PM - Dinner Break (Bring your Own)

5:50 PM - Dress in Full Uniform (Tux/Dress)

6:30 PM - All Students Seated in Auditorium

7:00 PM - CONCERT

9:00 PM - Reception

9:20 PM - Approximate Dismissal
