Eagle Regiment Family,


Good Morning and Thank you to all in attendance last night at our annual Banquet! It was such an an amazing evening and a fitting celebration of all of our Students, Parents, and Staff. Thank you to all who had a part in the planning and preparation. It was absolutely SUPERIOR! I also want to congratulate all of our students for an outstanding Concert and Recital! All of the Groups were OUTSTANDING! The Jazz Band also deserves recognition as the performed at the Senior Awards ceremony this past Thursday. Thank you!


ANNOUNCEMENTS & UPCOMING EVENTS:


*EXTREMELY IMPORTANT*

- IF YOU INTEND TO BE IN 2022-23 MARCHING BAND, YOU MUST DO THIS...

PARENTS/STUDENTS: All Membership Forms & Spot Deposit are due Tues., May 24!

The following FORMS are REQUIRED:

*Member Agreement with $225 drill spot deposit (This reserves the student's spot in the show)

*Emergency Contact form with Insurance card copy

*Attendance Acknowledgement

*Media Release Agreement

*MEPA Participation Waiver

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCESSING FORMS:

After clicking on the following link, look at the top of the band app for "Notice" and look for 2022-23 FORMS. If you don't see that, it was posted on the thread on May 14th. https://band.us/band/87276703


PRE-PARTICIPATION PHYSICAL FORMS:

This form is not due until the July Band Camp as it requires a Doctor's Signature.

This form is available in the "Files" section of The BAND app.


MEPA FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FORM:

This form is available in the "Files" section of The BAND app.

*When you request to join The BAND App, fill out the Profile like such:

Students - First Name, Last Name and be sure to Capitalize the first initial of your First and Last name. Students MUST also put a current selfie, no mask, as your profile pic.

Parents - First Name, Last Name and add "-Parent" after your Last Name. Profile pic is optional for Parents.


SUMMER INSTRUMENT RENTAL WILL BE TUES., MAY 24 & THURS., MAY 26:

You MUST pay BEFORE picking up the Instrument.

LETTERMAN JACKETS: Last day to Order is Tues., May 24

13TH ARMY BAND PERFORMANCE AT PINE TRAILS PARK AMPHITHEATER:

Please join Me and Mr. R as the 13th Army Band will perform at the City of Parkland's Memorial Day Celebration on Sunday, May 29, from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM. If there are any current Wind Orchestra or Symphonic Band members that would like to perform "The Gallant Sevent" with the Army Band, please reach out to Mr. Rivero on Monday.
