Eagle Regiment Family,
Good afternoon and I hope you are enjoying the long weekend. Our Marching Band is off to a great start. All of our sections are adapting well and already producing exceptional results!
We conducted a thorough review of the expectations in our Attendance Policy. Parents & Students, please make sure you have read the entire policy. Students, If you were not present for Thursday's rehearsal, please be sure to ask your section leader what you missed as well as making sure you understand the Attendance Policy.
If you are performing with 13th Army Band today at the City of Parkland's Memorial Day Celebration at Pine Trails Park, the ceremony begins at 5:30 pm, and the Concert begins at 6:30 PM. Whether you are performing or not, I hope you are able to come out and see Mr. R and Me perform with the 13th Army Band! We played a concert last night and it was truly amazing.

*Member Agreement with $225 drill spot deposit (This reserves the student's spot in the show)
*Emergency Contact form with Insurance card copy
*Attendance Acknowledgement
*Media Release Agreement
*MEPA Participation Waiver

After clicking on the following link, look at the top of the band app for "Notice" and look for 2022-23 FORMS. If you don't see that, it was posted on the thread on May 14th. https://band.us/band/87276703
PRE-PARTICIPATION PHYSICAL FORMS:
This form is not due until the July Band Camp as it requires a Doctor's Signature.
This form is available in the "Files" section of The BAND app.
MEPA FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FORM:
This form is available in the "Files" section of The BAND app.

*When you request to join The BAND App, fill out the Profile like such:
Students - First Name, Last Name and be sure to Capitalize the first initial of your First and Last name. Students MUST also put a current selfie, no mask, as your profile pic.
Parents - First Name, Last Name and add "-Parent" after your Last Name. Profile pic is optional for Parents.
LETTERMAN JACKETS: The Last day to order was Tues., May 24. You can still hand it in BY MAY 31st. Again, if you missed that, contact Ms. Susman immediately.

MANDATORY CAR WASH is SATURDAY, JUNE 11:
Each ticket you sell gets you points in your account. Sell all of your tickets and you will earn a toral of 30 points. If you need more tickets, reach out to Ms. Susman.
BAND CAMP 1, IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER:
Your section leaders will soon post the things you should have for a successful camp.
