Eagle Regiment Family,
We experienced our first Friday Night Under The Lights! Great job to all and I loved seeing everyone having FUN!
Open House is this Tuesday and Thursday is a Professional Study Day (PSD). Please make sure to see below for our adjusted schedule as well as our open house performance and performance uniform
ANNOUNCEMENTS & UPCOMING EVENTS:
OPEN HOUSE:
MSD's OPen House is Tuesday, 8/30. ER Members will practice from 3:15 - 5:15 and then all members will change into Spirit Uniform (the same as this past Friday Night) and proceed to the Courtyard for our 5:30 PM performance. As soon as we conclude, all students will put equipment away and should be ready for dismissal by 6:15 PM.

Last chance to join this amazing experience! Final Commitment Deadline is September 1st. We must submit our trip roster.
Please note that all passengers must:
•Be current with payment schedule.
•Have a valid passport. All US passports must have a validity in excess of 6 months after the date of return to the US (January 3).
•Remember to send your passport copies to MEPA, complete forms packets and passenger survey.

DUES:
All dues through AUGUST should have been paid. September is due 9/15. Our treasurer, Idith Kokulyansky has been sending monthly charms statements and instructions were posted on the BAND App for accessing Charms. Past due accounts will impact ability to perform at games and competitions. Payments are due the 15th of each month with all dues being paid by October 15th. Please keep in mind we rely on these funds to book our travel plans and pay our staff.
**Failure to communicate directly with our treasurer will impact your students' participation. The treasurer is the only person that manages dues.
