Eagle Regiment Family,
Good afternoon! I hope everyone has a relaxing, long weekend! We have our first performance in Uniform on Friday, September 8th! Please spread the word and remember to get your tickets (this includes student performers). We have a very busy week coming up so please be sure to plan ahead.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
- TUXEDO & DRESS FITTINGS -
-ALL BAND CLASSES & PERCUSSION CLASSES: Uniform Fitiings will take place Thursday, September 7th (Silver Day) during Periods 1-4. Wind Orchestra, Symphonic Winds, Jazz Band, and Percussion Classes all wear the Concert Uniform. New Members will be fit and Returning members should check to see that their Uniform still fits, as this will be the only day for Concert Uniform Fittings. Price Structure will be posted on the Band App soon.
- POPS-N-PIES TICKETS -
- ALL MEMBERS must purchase a ticket for Pops N' Pies for $6, general admission tickets are $15. Click here for tickets:

- INSTRUMENT RENTALS -
Students using a school lent instrument, for both marching and concert bands, must pay the summer and school year rentals accordingly if they have not done so yet.

- PHYSICAL EVALUATION FORMS -
- ALL new members were required to have the Physical Evaluation/Participation form completed and turned in by DAY 1 of Band Camp 1. - Returning members must update their physical evaluation even if completed last year, they will expire, and a new form is due before competition season begins.
- WINTER GUARD SEASON DATES ANNOUNCED -

FRIDAY, 9/8
-Pops n Pies Rehearsal & Perfromance 3:15 PM - Rehearsal at the Stadium (Practice Clothes)
5:00 PM - Change into FULL UNIFORM
6:00 PM - PERFORMANCE
SATURDAY, 9/9
-Camp Day from 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM
