Eagle Regiment Family,

We would like to give a big THANK YOU for yet another amazing week for our program! Not only did we have an incredible first public performance at the annual homecoming game, but we also began experimenting with our tarps and are nearly finished putting our full show on the field. None of this could have been achieved without the dedication and hard work of our MEPA parents and the tireless efforts of our students at each rehearsal.

We are now less than TWO WEEKS away from our first competition at Flanagan High School! Students, let's continue to work on our show content outside rehearsals so we can throw down a performance with no regrets at this competition! We are so incredibly proud of you all—let's keep pushing forward, giving it our all, and making every moment count!

ANNOUNCEMENTS

TUX AND DRESS ORDERS:

Every concert band student MUST have a tux or dress. ALL orders are due by September 29, 2024. New members were sent home with their measurements and for returning members, check to see that your concert attire still fits. If not, please act accordingly and order a new one.

IMPORTANT FORMS:

All Students should have already turned these forms in as they are now long OVERDUE:

Please get these in ASAP if you wish to participate this year. If you are unable to hand in a physical copy, please email a digital scan to Mrs. Campbell at Mepapresident@eagleregiment.com.

WINTER GUARD INTEREST MEETING

Save the Date...Winter Guard Interest Meeting is coming soon!!! For any high school or middle school students interested in Color Guard, we will be holding an informational meeting on September 26, 2024 at 6:15 PM in the MSD Media Center. Learn about our award-winning program and see how you can become a part of it. No experience necessary…

PARENT MEETING:

We will be holding a Parent Meeting on October 1, 2024, at 6:30 PM. We will go over BOA Orlando Logistics, Paperwork, and Procedures.

PRACTICE UNIFORM:

Students are required to wear a White Shirt, Black Shorts, and Sneakers (converse, vans, and similar shoes are not acceptable) to ALL Camps and Rehearsals.
