Dear Eagle Regiment Families,


We hope everyone is enjoying their weekend! A friendly reminder that Banquet tickets will close tomorrow at 8 PM. Please read the Announcements thoroughly.

ANNOUNCEMENTS




2024-25 ER BANQUET & AWARDS NIGHT


This year, our Banquet will be held on May 16, 2025, from 6:00-11:00 PM at the Heron Bay Marriott. Attire is Semi-Formal dress. All fairshare/membership dues must be current prior to attending the event.


Tickets are on sale and will close on April 14th at 8:00 PM. This is a hard deadline as we are required to give the hotel our headcount by April 14thso get your tickets NOW!! Eagle Regiment Member tickets are $35 and Adult tickets are $75. 


If you have existing points that you would like to use, please use the coupon code "BANQUET" when checking out. 


All tickets must be purchased through the Eagle Regiment Store.





PARENT MEETING

We will be hosting our Parent Meeting on April 21, 2025, at 6:30 PM.


At this meeting, we will vote on the 2025-26 MEPA Board, discuss the projected  Membership dues for the upcoming season, and review required membership paperwork. We will also discuss various ways to volunteer and get involved. Finally, we will talk about all the things you and your child need to have a successful spring training.

CLASS OF 2025 SENIOR SLIDESHOW

A senior tribute video will be shown at the End-of-Year Banquet, continuing a special tradition. To be included, fill out the form below with a few questions and photo uploads. *All pictures must be school-appropriate


Before submitting, you will need to select the following photos to upload:


1. Any picture from Senior Year

2. A Picture from either Marching or Winter/Indoor during your Senior Year

3. A Baby Picture

4. Picture at any age

5. Picture at any age

2025-26 SEASON SPRING TRAINING AND SUMMER CAMP DATES


All students who plan to be a part of the 2025-2026 Eagle Regiment should plan to be at all spring training and summer band camp rehearsals. Attendance is required by all Band and Guard members.

 


Spring Training (APRIL 29, 2025 - MAY 29, 2025)

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM at Stoneman Douglas High School


Summer Band Camp

BAND CAMP 1: June 4, 2025 - June 7, 2025

BAND CAMP 2: July 14, 2025 - July 18, 2025

BAND CAMP 3: July 28, 2025 - Aug 1, 2025

All band camps will be from 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM at Stoneman Douglas High School


After-school Rehearsal will begin on August 5th.

Please remember that attendance on all dates listed is MANDATORY for any student interested in being a part of the 2025-2026 Eagle Regiment.

INSTRUMENT RENTALS:

Students using a school-lent instrument, for both marching and/or concert bands, must

pay the summer and school year rentals accordingly if they have not done so yet.

ATTENDANCE

Please ensure to follow the attendance policy/ policy regarding reporting attendance. Please email all absence requests to Mr. R and the office at attendance@eagleregiment.com.
