Dear Eagle Regiment Families,
Congratulations to everyone on their first performance at Thursday’s football game!
As a reminder from yesterday’s camp meeting, we talked about some issues with etiquette and overall behavior. Tuesday’s rehearsal is the time to make that change and start fresh, so let's please all come in with the right attitude, respect, and effort so that every practice reflects the kind of performance we want on the field.
For our Open House performance, students, please wear your Burgundy Spirit Shirt, Black Shorts, Black Shoes, and an Eagle Regiment Hat. Don't forget your stand tunes, flip folder, and lyre.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:
General Attendance
Please ensure to follow the attendance policy and email all absence requests to Mr. Napoles and the office managers at attendance@eagleregiment.com..
CG Attendance
Color Guard Parents and Students: As a reminder, all Colorguard attendance absences must be reported using the STUDENT ABSENCE REQUEST FORM. Please note that for an absence to be considered excused, it must meet the criteria outlined in the syllabus/handbook.
Submitting the form does not automatically excuse the absence—it simply notifies staff and begins the review process.

This is a friendly reminder that due to copyright restrictions, posting videos of our Marching Band Show on social media and/or YouTube is strictly prohibited. Please ensure any videos you take are only posted on the Band App private page until further notice.

POPS-N-PIES
Please join us for our annual Pops-N-Pies performance on Friday, September 12, 2025, at 6:00 PM!!
Tickets must be pre-ordered and are now on sale for purchase! Only raffle tickets will be available to purchase at the door.
Ticket orders close September 7, 2024, so get yours now!!
Everyone needs a ticket:
Family & Friends are $15 each. This includes entry to the field show, pizza dinner, soda, and dessert.
Eagle Regiment members are $6 each. This includes pizza dinner, soda, and dessert.
Points can be used, using the coupon code 'POPS'. Please ensure you have enough points prior to your purchase.
DONATIONS
We are organizing our annual Pops-N-Pies event, and we need your help to make our raffle baskets extra special!
We are kindly asking for donations of items that could be included in themed raffle baskets — items you think families would love to win. If you're able to contribute something, big or small, it would be greatly appreciated!
Additionally, if you or someone you know owns or works for a business that might be willing to donate a product, service, or gift certificate, we would love to connect. Donations from businesses will be acknowledged and are a great way to support the community while getting exposure during the event.
We will be available for the collection of donated items at rehearsal on Tuesday, September 2nd. We will be assembling baskets on Saturday, September 6th, so please submit donations before then.

PRE-ORDER SHOW AND SENIOR SHIRTS
We are excited to announce the 2025 Show Shirt is available for PRE-SALE!
We are only doing a pre-sale of the show shirts. If you would like to have a show shirt this season, you MUST purchase during the Pre-Sale Window.
Shirts are available to order now; the cost is $20 a shirt.
ALL Sales must go through the Regiment Online Shop. If you would like to use points, we ask that you still order through the store and use the coupon code STORE.
Eagle Regiment members automatically get a show shirt; you do not need to order a show shirt for your Eagle Regiment member.
Our CLASS OF 2025 SENIOR SHIRT is also available for PRE-SALE.
This shirt is ONLY for seniors and their parents. There will not be extras of this shirt ordered.
Shirts are available to order now; the cost is $20 a shirt
This is a shirt for just Seniors and their families. It features the logos of the shows from the past 4 years on the front, and all of the seniors’ names on the back. This shirt is typically worn by parents on Senior night, and can be worn by members as their show shirt.
Eagle Regiment Members DO NOT automatically get a senior shirt. If you would like your senior to have one, you MUST order through the pre-sale link provided. If you would like to use points, please use the coupon code STORE.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
All dues through August should now be paid. Your statements can be found on CutTime. Past due accounts will also impact their ability to perform at games, competitions, and travel with the group. Please keep in mind that program membership payments are necessary to book our travel plans and pay our support staff. For questions about your account, please contact Mr. Kurth at treasurer@eagleregiment.com.

WAYS TO PAY:
Pay by STRIPE via CutTime: Use the provided link to log in to CutTime and click the “Financial Summary,” and then choose “Make a Payment.” Follow the prompts through the system to complete the payment.
Pay by CHECK or CASH: Payable to MEPA. Hand envelope labeled with [Student's name Membership Dues] (Ex: Billie B Membership Dues) to a MEPA Volunteer during Rehearsal.
Pay by ZELLE: To pay by the ZELLE app, register payment to treasurer@eagleregiment.com, and note the student’s name on the memo.
Pay by POINTS: Please check your CutTime account often to confirm you have enough points to cover your payments.
PARENT VOLUNTEER SIGNUP
Our parent volunteers play a big part in the success of every season and are the reason that our students can do what they do!
If you are willing to donate any of your time for being either at the wellness or at the red gate during practices, please click on the link below to sign up. We will be using this same page all season for all practices/camps, so check back often! Just a reminder, you MUST be level one cleared to volunteer.
In the coming week, the sign-up for parent help at the car wash will also be posted.

FMBC has released its competition dates, and we have received football game dates as well. Be sure to reprint the newest version of the 2025/26 ER Dates document.

INSTRUMENT RENTALS:
Students using a school-lent instrument, for both marching and/or concert bands, must
pay the summer and school year rentals accordingly if they have not done so yet.
