Dear Band Banquet guests, We are looking forward to seeing all of you tomorrow evening for A Night Under The Stars! Here are a few important details we wanted to share with you before your arrival: Over the past few weeks, changes have been made daily, including mask requirements and social distancing. The City of Parkland released its updated COVID policies on May 6th. Though masks are no longer required outside, we would like to encourage you to keep your mask on when walking by others. Please stop by the check-in table to receive your wristbands and award packet. As you enter the park, you may find a spot for yourself and your family to sit. Since this is a picnic-type event, please bring your own lawn chairs and blankets to sit on. We will reserve designated areas for students who would like to sit together. We will also reserve an area for those who prefer to keep their masks on throughout the event. Restrooms are located just west of the Amphitheater. We will also provide 3 hand-sanitizing stations. Here is an abbreviated itinerary for the night: 5:30 pm: Check-In begins; find your lawn spot 5:45 pm: Welcome from Mr. Rivero 6:15 pm: Award Ceremony/ Band Captains speak/ Senior Slide Show/ MEPA President speaks/ 2021 SHOW REVEAL 8:30 - 9:30 pm: Dancing!
