I hope you had a wonderful and restful Labor Day weekend with the family. Please make sure all students are up to date with all assignments as interim reports will be coming out soon.

Tuesday, 9/8/20, Burgundy Day (Periods 5,6,7,8)
Wednesday, 9/9/20, Silver Day (Periods 1,2,3,4)
Wednesday, 9/9/20, 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM, Marching Band ZOOM Rehearsal
Students should wear practice clothes and have their Instrument/Equipment, Paper, Pencil, and Music.
Thursday, 9/10/20, Burgundy Day
Friday, 9/11/20, Silver Day
Announcements/Reminders:
-Seating Audition Recording Due Dates:
Concert Band and Symphonic Band are due Tues., Sept 8th.
Wind Symphony Auditions are due Thursday, Sept 10th.
-Non-Marchers Contracts are due, with your payment, by Tuesday, Sept 8th.
-Students auditioning for All-State must turn in their Contract by Wed., Sept 9.
-FINAL CALL FOR ANYONE STILL NEEDING TO RENT A SCHOOL OWNED INSTRUMENT: THURSDAY, SEPT. 10th, from 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM, will be your FINAL chance to come to MSD to rent a school owned instrument. Please see your Class Period Band app for details.
-PAYMENTS FOR SCHOOL OWNED INSTRUMENTS & INSTRUMENT RENTAL CONTRACTS: Students/Parents with school owned Instruments need to access MSD’s website and pay. Info on how to pay has been posted on the BAND app. Students/Parents also need to download, complete, and email the Instrument Rental Contract to Submissions@eagleregiment.com. This form is also available on the Band App. THIS IS DUE NO LATER THAN FRI., SEPT 11th.
-Marching Band ZOOM Rehearsal is this Wednesday from 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM.
-All Marching Band members must be current with past and present fees (this includes this year’s spot deposit and payment #1).
