Dear Eagle Regiment Families,
Thank you all for joining us to celebrate our Color Guard's 30th Anniversary Celebration at Preview Night! We hope you enjoyed our A Guard, World Guard, and Indoor Percussion performances as these students have been working extremely hard over these past few weeks to kick off the Winter season.
We also want to congratulate our A Guard who came in 8th in AAA Class and Our World Guard who came in second at the SFWGA Premiere Night competition.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
GUARD SHOW AT MSD
We are gearing up to host the annual Guard Show here at MSD on February 22, 2025. This event needs volunteers. It is required of all 2024-25 Eagle Regiment Members to volunteer for at least one shift unless you are a member of MSDi. We could use parent help as well, and we always need items donated.

WINTER GUARD PERFORMANCES ONLINE
This is a friendly reminder that due to copyright restrictions, posting videos of our Winter Program shows on social media and/or YouTube is strictly prohibited. Doing so could result in fines as well penalties from WGI. Please wait until after APRIL 8th.

There will be NO WORLD GUARD REHEARSAL Tuesday, January 28th. In place of rehearsal, there will be a homework assignment. Be on the lookout for this info to be released soon. Private lessons are available for World Guard Students this week!
A GUARD PROPS
The Stoneman Douglas A Guard needs your help! We’re looking for parent volunteers to assist in building the 6 props for this season’s show. These will be easy to put together but we do need parents will to construct them. Whether you’re handy with tools or just willing to lend a hand, your support can make a big difference!
If you’re available to help, please reach out to Mr. Broadbent at dbroadbent@eagleregiment.com for more information. We are looking to start them this week so they are ready for our home show on February 22nd/

MANDATORY
WINTER GUARD AD FUNDRAISER
Attention Winterguard members: The mandatory Ad Book Fundraiser is officially underway! As a reminder, every member of the Winterguard is required to sell $100 in ads to support this season’s program.
All paperwork needed for this fundraiser is located at https://www.stonemandouglasband.com/forms under the AD FORMS TAB. These forms will be uploaded to your Band app this week. Please keep an eye out for the details and start reaching out to potential advertisers to meet your goal!

FFCC PREMIER SHOW
MSDi will compete in their first FFCC Show on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Martin County High School!
Members must have compression shorts, a slim-fit black shirt, tall gray socks, and gray marching shoes.
All members need to complete and return this Multi-Form Permission Slip by Tuesday's practice.
2025-26 SEASON SPRING TRAINING AND SUMMER CAMP DATES
All students who plan to be a part of the 2025-2026 Eagle Regiment should plan to be at all spring training and summer band camp rehearsals. Attendance is required by all Band and Guard members.

All band camps will be from 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM at Stoneman Douglas High School
After School Rehearsal will begin on August 5th.
Please remember attendance at all dates listed is MANDATORYÂ for any student interested in being a part of the 2025-2026 Eagle Regiment.
Band Class Fair Share
All Students in periods 1 or 2, band class or our Symphonic WInds or Wind Orchestra bands must pay their Concert Fair Share by Saturday, February 2, 2025. Please return the signed form to Mr R's office.
