We hope you all are enjoying the extra long weekend and excited for this upcoming week!
We will be hosting the Winter Guard Contest at Stoneman Douglas this Saturday and need all the help we can get! Donations are not only greatly needed and appreciated but also an amazing service hour opportunity for students! Links to sign up for volunteering spots and donations are down in the Announcements section.
Our MSD Indoor Percussion has been and will continue working hard as they prepare for the upcoming competition at WGI Orlando Regional! Itinerary and packing list will also be listed down below.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
GUARD SHOW AT MSD
We are gearing up to host the annual Guard Show here at MSD on February 22, 2025. This event needs volunteers. It is required of all 2024-25 Eagle Regiment Members to volunteer for at least one shift unless you are a member of MSDi. We could use parent help as well, and we always need items donated.
Important Reminder: NO POSTING
WINTER GUARD PERFORMANCES ONLINE
This is a friendly reminder that due to copyright restrictions, posting videos of our Winter Program shows on social media and/or YouTube is strictly prohibited. Doing so could result in fines as well penalties from WGI. Please wait until after APRIL 8th.
Thank you for helping us honor these guidelines and supporting our program responsibly. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

MANDATORY WINTER GUARD AD FUNDRAISER
Attention Winterguard members: The mandatory Ad Book Fundraiser was due last week! As a reminder, every member of the Winter Guard is required to sell $100 in ads to support this season’s program. Any student not completing the $100 requirement will be assessed an additional $100 this week.
Anyone with ads to submit must email them TODAY to be included. Ads can be emailed to ADS@EAGLEREGIMENT.COM
SPIN CAMP is almost here!
The sign-up links for the March 1st SPIN event will be posted later this week. As of this week, we have over 100 kids signed up to participate. Please spread the word in your communities and encourage young children to sign up on our website. It’s a free event and it'll be a fun day!

The latest payment was due Saturday, February 15, 2025, for the amount of $265.00. You may pay either via CutTime, Zelle, Check, or Cash. Please see Mr. Campbell if you have any questions.
MSDi WGI ORLANDO REGIONAL
Attached below is the student itinerary and schedule for the Orlando Regional:
BAND FAIR SHARE
All Students in periods 1 or 2, band class, or our Symphonic Winds or Wind Orchestra bands should have paid their Concert Fair Share and returned the signed form to Mr. R's office. Please do this ASAP if you have not yet done so.
The amount will be charged to your CutTime account if you have not yet paid. Please note that any unpaid balances on your account will make you ineligible to purchase Band Banquet tickets until cleared.
2025-26 SEASON SPRING TRAINING AND SUMMER CAMP DATES
All students who plan to be a part of the 2025-2026 Eagle Regiment should plan to be at all spring training and summer band camp rehearsals. Attendance is required by all Band and Guard members.
