Dear Eagle Regiment Families,


We hope everyone is excited for our first day of Spring Training on Tuesday!! Please be on your best behavior, make the incoming members feel included, show them what our program is all about, and most importantly, HAVE FUN!!!

Let's all please complete the necessary paperwork now and start off our season strong! Check Announcements for a quick checklist of all the paperwork and Spring Training preparation.


We believe in all of you and cannot wait to see everyone together again:)))

ANNOUNCEMENTS


PAPERWORK 2025-2026

DIGITAL: All digital paperwork is due before April 29, 2025


PHYSICAL: ***Students can hand in paperwork to Mr. R, Mr. B, or any volunteer at rehearsal.

We will collect the Member Agreement, Participation Waiver, and Physical Form on actual paper still. Spot Deposit is due by May 15, 2025.


Please remember that all students have to update their Physical Evaluation every school year. New Members should have their Physical Evaluation handed in by the start of Band Camp 1, on June 4, 2025.

Please make sure you have everything listed and are correctly dressed for Tuesday's rehearsal! The drop-off map is attached as well.

 

It is time for anyone attending next Tuesday's 1st Spring Training to register.  Please go to https://www.stonemandouglasband.com/join-color-guard and complete STEP 1.  You will need to include a picture and attach a new AFTER-SCHOOL ACTIVITY FORM.  The form is located at https://www.stonemandouglasband.com/forms. Once you have completed your registration correctly with all items, you will be added to the new season's Color Guard Band App.


 

PARENT VOLUNTEER SIGNUP

Our parent volunteers play a big part in the success of every season and are the reason that our students can do what they do! If you are willing to donate any of your time for being either wellness or at the red gate during practices, please click on the link below to sign up. We will be using this same page all season for all practices/camps, so check back often! Just a reminder, you MUST be level one cleared to volunteer.


 

SNAPRAISE FUNDRASIER


If you have not yet, please set up your account and enter the "participant join code" to join the Eagle Regiment fundraiser. You can also follow the link below or scan the attached QR code to download the Snap Mobile App. Please have your account set up and join the fundraiser by the start date, 5/1/25.

Incentives:

-Section with the most accounts set up by start date: Ice Pops 1 day at Band Camp 1

-Section with the most overall participation: VIP break tent 1 day at Band Camp 2

-Section earning the most money: Participation in the Dunk Tank

-Top 3 individual earning members: Lunch Provided 1 day at Band Camp 3


AND...all participants will receive 50% of their raised funds as CutTime points!!


 

2025-26 SEASON SPRING TRAINING AND SUMMER CAMP DATES


All students who plan to be a part of the 2025-2026 Eagle Regiment should plan to be at all spring training and summer band camp rehearsals. Attendance is required by all Band and Guard members.

 


Spring Training (APRIL 29, 2025 & MAY 13 - MAY 29, 2025)

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM at Stoneman Douglas High School


Summer Band Camp

BAND CAMP 1: June 4, 2025 - June 7, 2025

BAND CAMP 2: July 14, 2025 - July 18, 2025

BAND CAMP 3: July 28, 2025 - Aug 1, 2025

All band camps will be from 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM at Stoneman Douglas High School


After-school Rehearsal will begin on August 5th.

Please remember that attendance on all dates listed is MANDATORY for any student interested in being a part of the 2025-2026 Eagle Regiment.

  • 3:00–4:00 PM- Full Rehearsal

Symphonic Winds:

  • 3:30–4:00 PM- Sectionals

  • 4:00–5:15 PM- Full Rehearsal

Wind Orchestra:

  • 4:45–5:15 PM- Sectionals

  • 5:15–6:30 PM- Full Rehearsal


WEDNESDAY, 5/7:

Concert Band:

  • 3:00–4:00 PM: Full Rehearsal

Symphonic Winds:

  • 3:30–4:00 PM- Sectionals

  • 4:00–5:15 PM- Full Rehearsal

Wind Orchestra:

THURSDAY, 5/8:

DRESS REHEARSAL/SPRING CONCERT

 

INSTRUMENT RENTALS:

Students using a school-lent instrument, for both marching and/or concert bands, must

pay the summer and school year rentals accordingly if they have not done so yet.

ATTENDANCE

Please ensure to follow the attendance policy/ policy regarding reporting attendance. Please email all absence requests to Mr. R and the office at attendance@eagleregiment.com.
