Dear Eagle Regiment Families,
Congratulations to our Eagle Regiment students on an outstanding showing these past weeks! Our Winter Guard delivered a strong performance last weekend at West Broward, earning 2nd place with a score of 71.8, and our Percussion performing at Martin County 1st place with an amazing kickoff to their season! We also want to congratulate our Band on a fantastic concert, showcasing musicianship and preparation in every note. Your hard work, teamwork, and dedication continue to represent Eagle Regiment with excellence, and we could not be prouder of all you have accomplished.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Informational Parent Meeting
We will be holding our first parent meeting of the 2026 season on March 5, 2026 at 6:30pm in the MSD Media Center. At this time we will welcome new families by going over everything they need to know for the upcoming Spring Training, Summer Camps, and 2026 Sesaon. We will review dates and required paperwork. Finally, we will review the board positions and committee roles and how to self-nominate if you are interested in taking one of them on.
CONCERT MPA
The MPA calendar has been released. Please stay tuned for specific details for each band.
The Eagle Regiment Is Going to Rome!
The Eagle Regiment has been invited to perform in the 2027 New Years Day Parade in Rome, Italy.

SAVE THE DATE
The Eagle Regiment will hold their annual awards banquet on Friday, May 22 at the Heron Bay Marriott. This is open to all 2025/26 members of the Marching Band, Winter Guard, Indoor Percussion as well as students in the band classes, and their parents. Everyone attending will need to purchase a ticket. More information about ticket price and event details to follow.
The Eagle Regiment will hold their annual Senior Dinner on Friday, April 29, 2026. This is dinner is just for the seniors of Marching Band, Indoor Percussion, and Winter Guard. They will be accompanied by the band director and guard director. More details including location and time to follow.

The Ad Fundraiser information is now available online. All students are responsible for $125 in ad sales, due by March 1st. Any ad sales beyond $125 will be credited directly to the student’s account.

MSDi 2026 SPONSORSHIP BANNER
Thank you to everyone who Sponsored our 2026 MSDi program. The banner is being printed and will travel with us to Orlando this weekend.
WGI ORLANDO REGIONAL
MSDI will compete at the WGI Regional in Orlando, FL on February 21, 2026.
Students will leave from MSD on Saturday morning and return Sunday afternoon. See the attached Itinerary and Packing List.
Saturday is a really long day and we like to have snacks available for the kids to eat. If you are able to donate snacks we will be at the school on Thursday so you can drop them off. Thank you for your support!
Also, if your child requires medication, they need to be dropped off with the attached form on Thursday as well. Please only give us what is needed for the trip (must be in original medication bottle).
DAYTON OHIO TENTATIVE ITINERARY
We have drafted a very tentative itinerary for our bus trip to Dayton Ohio in April. All times are subject to change as we get closer to the event. We will have a longer stop both coming and going or bus drivers to change shifts. The trip features stops at Bucee's, Wawa, and Cracker Barrel.
